Everything you need to get done,
in one place

Tasks, lists you can share, due dates and a calendar — plus an AI assistant that sorts the list and tells you what to do next.

No credit card. Two fields and you are in.

Lists, deadlines, focus. And one more thing.

Everything you expect from a task manager, plus an AI that knows what comes next.

Tasks and lists

Sort what you have to do into lists — work, family, shopping. Lists can be shared with others, and tasks in them assigned to someone.

Due dates and calendar

A start and a due date per task, and a month view that shows what falls due when. Tasks can repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Every morning an email reminds you of what is due.

Filters and tags

Narrow the list by list, by tag, by how long something has been sitting there, or by work and private.

Focus view

A view that shows only what matters now instead of everything you have ever written down.

Statistics

Completion rate, time spent, and the days and hours you actually get things finished.

It sorts the list for you

Every task gets concrete steps, an effort estimate and a place in the order — with the reason attached. It pulls tasks out of notes or emails and files the inbox into your lists.

A look inside the app

Four views, the way they look today. Not screenshots, the interface itself.

Focus

One task instead of thirty

The focus view shows the one task that is up now: with the reason, the assessment and concrete steps. Below it, what comes next. Tick it off, move on.

From text

Notes in, tasks out

Meeting minutes, an email, a list from a scrap of paper: paste it and the AI pulls out the tasks, with due dates and a suggested list. You check the rows, untick what you do not want, and create the rest with one click. And whatever sits in the inbox, it files into your lists on request.

Calendar

Due dates and starts across the month

Every task with a start or due date shows up in the calendar. Overdue is red, done is struck through, and a click takes you straight to the task. On a phone it turns into an agenda.

Lists

All lists on one page

Open and done tasks, next due date and remaining effort per list. Create, rename, delete, no detours. The inbox collects everything that does not belong to a list yet. And share them with others by email invitation – everyone in the list sees everything and can be assigned tasks.

The one thing you do not expect

It puts the list in order, and says why

Every open task is compared against all the others — and against a short paragraph you write once about your situation. This is a real ranking from the app.

The paragraph behind this ranking:

I am a freelance web developer with two kids, 6 and 9. My partner works shifts. I want to spend more time on my own product and less on client work. I can only concentrate after 8pm. Money is tight right now.
  1. 98

Write and send the 4,200 EUR invoice to client Meyer

Issuing the invoice brings in 4,200 EUR immediately and eases the acute cash flow problem.

  2. 92

    Finish the 2025 tax return

The tax return is due in five days and filing late can cause penalties and trouble.

  3. 75

Write new copy for my product's landing page

New landing page copy supports the shift towards your own product and long-term income.

  4. 60

Book a swimming course for the kids

Booking the course improves childcare and makes your evening focus time easier to plan.

  5. 35

    Make a dentist appointment

The dentist matters for your health, but there is no acute deadline.

  6. 8

    Clear out the kitchen cabinet

Clearing the cabinet has little direct effect on income, deadlines or childcare.

The numbers are the priority the app assigns after comparing every open task against all the others.

Try it on your own list

The ranking only means something once it is your tasks in there. Add the five or six things actually on your plate right now and see whether the order matches your gut.

Your tasks and the paragraph about your situation are sent to an AI model to be analysed. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
